Rob Lister has run Lister Unified Communications Ltd for over twenty years with his brother Tom Lister.

The firm now employs more than 40 people, has a turnover of more than £7million and operates all over the UK but mainly in Gloucestershire from its HQ based in Stonehouse.

In the episode, Mr Lister explains how the company started, how they keep ahead of technology, the problems they have experienced going in and coming out of Covid and the lessons leant running a business.
