Requirement:
Moose were in need of super-fast broadband that would be able to cope with daily high-volume data uploads and growth of their website. It was time to go from baby broadband to grown-up, muscular broadband with service level agreements. Their landline phone systems were also outdated and running on analogue lines, so with new broadband, it seemed logical to also make the move to cloud telephony.
New mobile phones and a tablet computer were also required, to aid in sales and growth of the business.
Solution:
Lister completed a free, in depth review of the current services and the new services required as well as a usage and bill analysis to identify potential cost savings across broadband and telephony. We recommended Fibre Ethernet for the internet access as well as a Gamma Horizon hosted phone system, which best suited their needs. We then pre-built and tested the system prior to installation to ensure everything was set up and working correctly.
We set up their new broadband services, making sure that they were up and running in the shortest time possible. This also involved liaising with Openreach and the landlord to install a new cable from the street to within their offices.
The new cloud telephony system was then installed on site and training was provided. We provided a free post-installation site visit to ensure the customer was satisfied.

Outcomes:
“What we were looking for was to hand over to someone who could give us what we were looking for. We found that at a company we already had a good relationship with – Rob Lister and his team at Lister Unified Communications got the job done and the upgrade has significantly enhanced our capabilities.”
